FDA
Approves Red Light Device for Hair Loss
- In
January, the FDA approved a handheld, red Low Intensity
Lighter Therapy (LILT) product for increasing hair
thickness. They approved the first of many LILT
products for anti-aging treatments to reduce fine lines
and wrinkles while improving skin tone and radiance

How is the

approved?

less and can be used for more things. In its approval to
market the LaserComb, the FDA acknowledged the efficacy of Low Intensity
